I installed my OEM foglight kit and need to get the BCM programmed...I called the dealer and they want $90 to do it. Are they smoking crack or is that the going rate for 3 minutes of work?

for $90 your getting off cheap. my dealership charged me $110 and that was 3yrs ago.
