Got some new pics on the site. Mostly of the Volant intake and scoop install, and the PIAA airdam and fog lights. You have to scroll down about halfway to see the newer pics. Link is in my sig.

 

Just got a digital camera, so it should be easier (and faster) to post them now.

haha j/k i really like it.  What was the total cost of air dam and lights?  Were the lights easy to hook up?  

 

Maybe if i ever get a new job (currently unemployed) i will be able to buy the air dam

Those are great pictures.  That screen looks like it came with the Volant intake tube.

Sorry my man, but I had to do it.  

 

Actually, to be truthful, I almost took the airdam off the truck the minute I saw it installed. I got the airdam before I got the lights, and installed it to see what it was going to look like. I "tacked" it up with a few of the bolts, and then took a few steps back to see how it looked. With those two big EMPTY holes, it looked REAL STUPID. I was about to box the whole mess up and send it back, but now I'm glad I waited until my lights arrived. What a difference they made in the overall look of the front end. I really like it all now.

 

I got 40 series PIAA fogs from PerformanceProducts.com for $128.05, but I next day aired them here, cuz I needed to fill them UGLY holes NOW! So it cost me a few extra bucks for that. I got the PIAA airdam from TruckPerformance.com for $168 which included the UPS oversize shipping charges.

 

The airdam was a bit of a PITA to install. First you need to remove the stock dam. Those little plastic rivets, nails, snaps, whatever you want to call them, that GM uses to attach their plastic parts with, were a ROYAL PITA to remove! There are a few of them in IMPOSSIBLE places to reach. I had a heck of a time doing it, but after that, bolting on the PIAA dam was a piece of cake. It thru-bolts to all the same holes the old one mounted to. Everything lined up great, and I'm verry happy with the fit of the whole thing. Plus, the main reason I like it so much, is that it now matches the upper bumper cover, which is black too. I had always hated the gray color of the stock airdam.

 

The lights came with the harness, switch, relay, etc... Everything you need to hook it up, but I thought their harness was a bit "cheesy" looking, and I didn't want it "uglying" up my engine compartment, so I'm working on making my own wiring harnesses, and will use a differnt switch & relay too. So right now the lights are just for looks, and non-functional. I'm still undecided on what kind of driving lights I want to add to the center openings. I like those PIAA Stealths.
