Traction Off And Abs Lights On Simultaneously

After a wet June, both the ABS warning light and the Traction Off warning lights stay on continuously. At first they were intermittent, but then they became mainstays. They go off momentarily once the engine starts but then both lights set within seconds. Is this another symptom of a defective ABS module ?

If I remember correctly the traction control is done with brakes and not by directly changing where the power goes (like in the Acura SH-AWD), so I would say yes they are related, but I can't tell you if it is the ABS module. Try posting this in ask the GM tech.

My 04 Alero had this issue, and it was the Hub, and it was covered by warranty, and this was just a couple weeks ago at most.
