Replacement Steering Components

I need to change an inner tie rod and possibly my idler arm because of damaged boots. I started looking at replacement part options and there are quite a few manufacturers. Does anyone have advice on which brand to choose: Dana-Spicer, TRW, Moog, OEM Delco, or Mcquay-Norris? Advance Auto carries both TRW and Mcquay-Norris and both have lifetime warranties.

Moog is pretty good. Its what I use.

How did the Moog parts hold up vs. OE? I'm curious if they have comparable life.

I used Moog HD when I rebuilt my front end. IMO Moog used to be way above average but it seems the last 5 years the beancounters are running the company as some of their stuff seems less heavy duty in size and appearance.

 

I've got 60K on a complete front end rebuild (used Moog) with no issues to date. I have little experience with the other brands you mentioned.
