New Tune Question

I just put my new tune from jesse in the other day. I order a 93 octane tune but told him to be mileage concious with some added performance. I guess I'm just wondering if I will see a performance increase after a little settling in time or if I will see its full capabilities as soon as I installed it. Also, I will do the CASE relearn tonight or tomorrow, but it isnt running bad nor has it thrown a code. Any ideas?

I have always heard they get a little better with time, but can't verify that.
