2004 Silverado - How To Remove Oem Bed Liner?

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not, but I have a question about removing the OEM bed liner from my 2004 Silverado. I'm wondering if it's a doable task, or if it's not worthwhile, unless I'm taking it out for good. I've hauled a few loads of loom lately, and I'm pretty sure there's some dirt under the liner. Does anyone know of a good way of going about removing the liner to clean under it, and then re-installing it?

Thanks for any assistance.

I assume it is the same as the one I had (Under the rail -- mine was a Penda brand, however). I just unscrewed the few screws and popped it out. Did it myself in about 10 minutes.

Then..I put it on Craigslist, sold it for $50, and got a Line-X. You should do the same. It is awesome.

Good luck!

Awesome, I'll give a that a try. Thanks for the help. I think I'll go for the Line-X, or similar sometime in the future. It'll stay with the liner for now, but that's something I want to do in a while.
