Can I Just Buy New Power Seats If My Truck Doesn't Have Them?

I have an 04 Silverado that does not have power seats. I would like to upgrade them to some seats with power and maybe heat. I see some offered on ebay but does anyone know if these would be a plug and play installation more or less? My seats have wiring on them now, I am guessing for the seat belt sensor. Do I have to use 04 or later seats?

Our company has installed power seats where manual ones once lived many times. A healthy 8 gage power lead is all you need if your truck isn't wired for them. It's basically as simple as getting power and ground to the seats. I say go for it.
