A'c Blower Switch

My 2002 2500 HD has a blower switch problem. All positions except high, (5) work. When I select high the blower stops blowing. This happens in all modes, ie. Normal A'C, Recuirc/ MAX etc... I was hoping it could be a high speed blower motor rleay that's died... any one else have this problem before and what did you do to fix it. thanks for helping me with this

Check the 30A "FRT HVAC" fuse underhood, if thats good then check the resister, the high blower relay is part of the resistor, pull the connector off and i bet the orange wire in terminal "G" will be burnt and melted, if not then just replce the resistor assembly... its a pretty simple system there cant be much wrong with it...

replace the a/c resistor and while you are there but in a new a/c cabin filter because it's more then likely cloged
