Unit works with 2007 NBS 4.8, 5.3 or 6.2. I had to get rid of my truck and have no use for the tuner. I used it for the added mileage on my 5.3 crew cab. I was happy with the unit it actually increased my fuel economy by 1.5 MPG. Will sacrifice for 300.00 shipped.
