I am looking for just the old fashioned kind of flat rubber full custom fit bed rubber bed mat.

 

Anyone know of a brand or a mail order outlet? Has anyone purchased this type of mat from the dealer? How much?

Have owned rubber mats on my last two trucks and have one now over top of Line-X. Provides an effective moisture barrier between the bed floor and it's contents should water leak under the tonneau cover.

 

Don't know what sources are around your area. Farm supply stores have them. Got mine from a camper dealer that sells truck accessories. I think mine was @ $70 and is the extra-thick type.

I have a rubber mat in my bed. I bought my for $65 at the dealer, but it is not a gm bed mat. Be sure to get a heavy duty or thick mat. I had a thin one from autozone on a previous truck that would flop around in the bed near the front. The nice thing was the dealer actually sells aftermarket accessories so they fit perfect but are cheaper.

I have had ProTecta bed mats in my last two trucks. They are a perfect fit, heavy, tough, don't degrade/discolor and around $80.

OH and they're great traction for a 2wd stuck on snow/ice. Not the weight ... you have to throw it on the ground and then drive over it.

I got my rubber bed mat at Napa for $65. It's nice.

I don't know what brand my mat is on my 800 series but it's 8 years old, heavy and holding up nicely. It was $70 at Earl Owen in Dallas 8 years ago. I will probably line-x the bed on the new truck.

Drop-in and spray-in liners don't grip the cargo well enough for me. I just got a DEEZEE and it was custom fit for the NBS. Nice heavy and thick: about 50 lbs.

I plan on ordering the one from gmaccessoriesstore.com for my truck. At first I was entertaining a spray in but I don't use my truck bed to haul steel,gravel,concrete or whatever so a rubber one is all I need plus I have a hard tonneau so no worrys about water

I had one in my 05 silverado since i bought it, its a GM and was freebee from dealer friend. fits great and so far un able to hurt it.
