Another Tuner Question - Power Vs. Mileage

I have a 2003 Suburban and, frankly, it has plenty of power in the stock configuration for my needs. I would only be interested in a tuner if I could get one of the following:

 

1) more power AND better mileage

2) more power AND the same mileage

3) same power AND better mileage.

 

Will any tuner do any of the above? I am not interested in more power at reduced mileage.

I have been debating a tune for a while and I have decided to get one, I just haven't ordered it yet. My obsessive searching on tunes pretty much yielded testimony that said you would gain both power and mileage with most tunes.

 

A search on "tune" will result in quite a bit of reading.

If you get a custom tune, try to get one in person instead of a mail order tune. It will be worth it.
