Jumpseat To Consol

I have an 07 chevy 2500 HD crew cab with the jump seat. I really have no use to the middle jumpseat but i would like to have the console instead. Is it fairly easy to take out the jumpseat and put in a console? your thoughts and knowledge are greatly apprciated.

If it is the same as previous model years, you will have to unbolt the main seats and then removal of the jump seat is simple.

 

Just watch for the wire harness under the driver side for the seat belt light.

 

Shop around for prices on the center console, they are not cheap!
