Help*** 01 1500hd Will Not Run***

I Have a 2001 1500 HD with a 6.0L(150K miles) and while driving the truck today, it completely stalled while at a stop light. I was able to get the truck up and running but barely....it appears to be only running on a few cylinders and the only code I can get it to pull is P0300 multiple misfire. I thought it may be a bad coil but it should at least idle if only 1 or at the most 2 are bad...I can't get the truck to even idle at all. It will only start if I keep the rev's above 2k rpm, and it stumbles and bucks badly. I checked the fuel pressure as well and the pressure is around 50psi +/_ above 2k-3k rpm, What is the proper fuel pressure supposed to be? Any ideas what else the problem could be?

when is the last time it had a tune up? plugs, wires, etc

does it do it in neutral?

Need a little more info.

not sure of the fuel pressure for that truck, sorry.
