I honestly don't know if this is considered political and IMHO, I think it's more of a patriotic gesture, but if the mods disagree, do what you will. I'm not saying what Mr. Brossard did was legally right, but I think I would have done the same thing because I'm a veteran.

Yep , things have gotten out of hand , my wife and a I joke that we need to start calling North America , North Mexico .

Texas , causcians are the minority in most Cities .

If the government used my idea for a border patrol we wouldn't have so many illegals sneeking in everyday. They'd be too scared to, and human rights activists would protest.

 

My idea = anti-personel land mines, and shooting on sight. Sounds brutal, but so doesn't the sound of loosing your job to some illegal alien. I'm not going to offer to work for less $$$ to keep my job because some mexican offered to do it for less. To hell with that.

That wont work. One we couldn't keep up with the body count. Two we would run out of mines.

 

Its simple, we need to quit feeding them. Its like the sugar ants. You can keep spraying poisons, and smashing them, but until you get rid of the sugar, they would still keep coming..... Dont give them benefits or "rights" of what the American citizen has and start punishing busineses that are employing them. Then they will stop coming.... Well the majority of them will stop coming. And if the ones that really do want to better themselves and make something out of themselves can do it legally.

thats a disgrace to the American flag as well as our country.. if you need to work to make a living for your family do it in your own country.. don't take food off of my dinner table because you don't earn enough in your country... My fathers a firefighter and a Local 597 pipe fitter and he's made a great living for himself.. and he'd love to see his kids do the same... Above every vehicle in our garage hangs a full size American flag... and on every single one of our trucks theres a small American flag on the back... the flag needs to be respected for what it means... not degraded bye something like that..

Agreed. But humans have much better brains than ants. No way I would risk a good chance of getting killed to sneek into a country for a better living. My idea is like the bug guy who sprays the outside of your house to keep bugs out. Maybe the govt. should combine our plans for ultimate security. No sugar inside the sprayed house. No reason to risk your life to go to a place with no work.

 

I wish it would happen, but too many people in California would protest.

I saw that a week or so ago, I hope the guy who cut the flag down is charged and found guilty, he had no business doing that. Was the store owner ignorant of the law? That is not for him to deciede.

 

People get so worked up these days, that 'veteran' is lucky the store owner wasn't a gun carrying citizen...
