(Located in El Paso, Texas. Delivery available within several hundred miles. Shipping is out of the question!)

A finincial hardship requires me to find a vehicle for little or no cash. If cash is required, it will have to be a couple small payments and nothing more. Getting a regular loan and making monthly payments is out of the question. If you can help my family get transportation we can be happy with, I'll trade it for my engine...

NEED:

- I need a used car or truck that can safely carry two adults and three children.

- It needs to be in very good mechanical condition and needing only minor repairs if any. It needs to be reliable!

- It should be in original stock condition without being obviously incomplete or heavily damaged.

- If it's not working already, the A/C should be complete and easily repairable with no missing parts.

- Automatic transmission is a must.

- Fuel Injected preferred.

- GM Vehicles preferred.

- Old is okay and high-milage is okay too.

- Any good car, truck or van will be considered!

TRADE:

- I have a NEW, complete and NEVER INSTALLED GM 5.7L Vortec Fuel Injected engine.

- It's NOT a re-built engine! It's NOT an Engine Block. It's COMPLETE and it's NEW from General Motors.

- It's complete with the Intake Manifold, Throttle Body, Ignition Coil, Distributor, Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, Fuel Injectors, Block, Exhaust Manifolds, Flywheel, Water Pump, Oil Filter, Motor Oil and Oil Pan.

- The only missing parts are the Air Cleaner, Starter and belt-driven accessories and brackets like the Alternator, Power Steering Pump and A/C Compressor.

- The engine is NEW from GM and has NEVER been installed in a vehicle! It doesn't have any sort of warranty because I bought it on eBay. You'll need to inspect it and be satisfied yourself that it's everything I say it is. (Hopefully you're a mechanic and you do this sort of thing every day!)

- It is configured for a 1996 thru 1999 GM truck but it'll probaly work with other GM vehicles. (If you're looking for an engine you're probably able to fit it wherever it needs to go, right?)

WHY?...

I bought it to replace the engine in my 1999 Suburban that had a Rod Bearing fail. Now a finincial hardship due to medical bills means the bank will probably end up with the Suburban before I ever repair it. Even if I do repair it, I owe more than its worth and I can't afford to make any more payments. It's a losing battle! I need transportation and I can't afford to make payments now or in the future.

Please reply to contact me about your vehicle. If you've got a vehicle I like and you're willing to trade it for my engine -- we'll have a deal. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated!
