Radio Won't Cut Off

Hi, I have a 06 crewcab silverado.I had to have most of the truck repainted at a local bodyshop which required removal of the door panels. Now when I stop, turn the ignition off, and remove the key the radio does not turn off ,like it use to. It will not time out ,like it use to if you remain in the truck. The dome lights work just like they use to by coming on when you open the door, and go out when you shut it (timed). The head lights time out like they use to. Do you have any ideas as what to look for?
