Cold Start Problem

2002 gmc sierra 1500 4x4 5.3 litre v8 auto. starts idles up to 2000 rpm stalls and dies. second attempt to start engine, engine stumbles place foot on accelerator, pump accelerator until engine warms up a little. starts fine and runs good when temperature is above 45 degrees. only starts hard first time in am. as temperature drops to around 25 or 30 degrees is getting worse. any advise would greatly be appreciated. had engine codes 0140,0141,0160,0161,po300.replaced o2 sensors replaced tps,iac,map sensors relaced wires and plugs checked fuel pressure 57lbs. dumped fuel pressure at fuel rail with snap on fuel pressure gauge when engine warm engine stays running fine. cleared codes snap on scanner no codes present. drove home.next am engine starts revs up to 2000 rpm stumbles stalls start up again stumbles warms up runs fine. cleaned throttle body sprayed intake with carb ceaner could not locate a vacuum leak around intake manifold or any vacuum hoses ports etc. replaced engine temp sender any ideas ?
