Silverado Nbs Fog Lights

Well fellows I have good news for those of you looking to add fog lights to your NBS Silverados. GMPartsDirect provided me with the part numbers and here they are:

15938289 driver's fog lamp, per the VIN supplied.

15938290 passenger's fog lamp, per the VIN supplied.

15891681 unpainted driver's front end cap, per the VIN supplied.

15891682 unpainted passenger's front end cap, per the VIN supplied.

25793793 forward lamp wiring harness, per the VIN supplied.

15926099 headlamp, instrument panel dimmer switch, dome lamp, and includes fog lamp switch.

Total cost is $468 (includes S/H).

Now, I need to find out if this wiring harness goes directly into the BCM and if there is any programming that needs to be done. Also, I'm unsure if this harness is for all the front lights or just for the fog lights.

I wish I knew so many people would have wanted the fog lights. I got a credit for mine when I had my front end put on for my factory ones. I don't remember how much it was but I'm sure it was next to nothing. I guess I shoulda ebayed the whole deal.

If you wait a while, I am sure they will offer a complete kit for 1/2 the price of individual parts.

I'm not sure if the kit will be ever available since you need to include the front bumper end caps and they must be painted to match your truck. It was a lot easier with the older trucks since the openings were already there.
