Battery Died In Nbs

Yep, the delco took a s**t. I don't drive this truck everyday I alternate every couple weeks but I start it regularly and I went to move it today and it started but it just barely turned over then not 15 minutes later I needed to move it again and all I got was "Click". Even after hitting the unlock button and the headlights came on I could barely tell. Oh well I think my truck sat on the lot for a good while and know one probably paid any attention to it. I probably wont bother getting it warrantied either cause I got a Yellow top on the way. But just a heads up to any of you guys with trucks that might have sat on the lot for a while make sure you start em'

May not be the battery though. While mine was in for service a while ago my computer was reprogrammed for a battery draining problem some of the NBS trucks have. The dealer had had many in with similiar problems. It could be your trucks PCM.

Had the same problem in mine. The dash lights stayed on and ran battery down. Didn't catch it till the next day (after jumpstart) noticed the dashlights on in my dark garage. Cycle key on/off and they'll go off. Took it to dealer and they reprogrammed the "sleep" mode in the instrument cluster's brain. They also replaced my battery due to a weak cell because of the drain. No problems since.
