Radiator Leaking?

Hello I have an '05 2500HD 4x4 with the 6.0 and when I rotated my tires I noticed there was a leak on the driverside of the crossmember. I looked under the hood and it looks like its a radiator related problem, one of those silver tubes going down is where the leak is. It looks like its probably just loose a little, but I'm not too well educated with stuff like this but I just wanna ask is this something that could be serious with the radiator? and i'm still under warranty so the dealer should fix it. Heres a couple pics. My trucks at 35k miles also.

looks like it is loose, take it in, there should be no leaks on a truck.....that in my opinion would be covered under warranty..........

Looks like it is leaking where that metal crimp is. So in other words it needs replaced.
