Anyone know how or if I can remove the orange signal lens' from my headlights.

My brother and I removed them in his Acura TL by baking the whole light in the oven to loosen the adheasive between the two pieces.

If so, can I get a step by step on how.

The one we had for his car had oven temp/time and proper glue/calking to put the light back together.

All help is appreciated

Thanks Chris

Be careful with that idea, i did it to some taillights that i want to paint the inside matching, and all i got was a melted taillight. I am not saying dont use that method, but just keep a close eye on it.

Might want to search it in here. Somebody did that a while back and posted a good description of the process. They loved the difference but it was frankly really hard to see much difference UNLESS you were really looking for it... Seems crazy to risk killing a perfectly good (and expensive) headlight for such a small item, but it is your call.

EDIT: The one they did was on a Chevy but the process should be the same.

so taking the orange reflector out of the headlight and signal light should work? meaning you can just remove them and you have basically clear corners?
