If it is the front door, removal of the panels is really easy. you pop off the mirror cover, power door lock cover, and the actual door lock trim, and tehre is one screw where the power door lock switch is, there is one under the handle, and one on the way bottom of the door. Once everything is off, you slide the whole panel up like a inch (not even), and it will come out. There is a lightbulb for the door marker lights that you will have to pull off before setting the panel somewhere, but the speaker is easy for a DIY repair.

I blew mine and got pioneers at walmart for 40 bucks, sound way better, to some soldering the new connectors and drilling the holes in the door might be hard though.
