Hood Sensor And Oil Level Low Messege On Dic

1- can someone tell me were can i find the sensor for the hood its showing on my dic that the hood is open and i already look all around the hood and cant find it i have a 2007 silverado crewcab 5.3L or how can i reset it

 

2-the low oil add oil is showing in the DIC help with that too i already check the oil level and the mes. is till there

Sounds more like an issue with the DIC. I think I'd let the dealer have a look-see. Should be warranty...
