what gains could i expect on an 04 silverado ex. cab sb 4x4 5.3 with a cai, exhaust, and nelson tune, if i added a set of longtube headers, im lookin at the dynatech supermaxx headers but dont know if they'd be worth it or not, what would i be looking at as far as sound goes and 1/4 mi. performance ?

Don't know about the amount of gain, but do know a little about headers. From your reference it looks like you are going for more lowend torque. I have tried a couple different headers and for the money you can't Thorley headers for power gain and ease of installation. You can order them Plain, bright or ceramic coated. Comes with all gaskets. Hope this helps. Good luck.
