Performance Tuner Software For Pc?

Hey guys,

 

I know they make performance tuners for about $300-500.

 

Does anybody know of a cheaper alternative?

 

Maybe a shop in Las Vegas that will do the tunning and calibrate speedo to accomodate my 37 inch nitto mudd grapplers?

 

Or maybe there is a cheaper version software to load onto a PC and tune it with my computer?
