Help Me Swap My Pcm

I recieved my BlackBear tuned PCM today & will be swapping it out tomorrow. I know where it is located but would love to hear details on how to remove the cover, remove the PCM, etc.

 

I know there isn't much to it but want to make sure I don't run into any problems while doing it. I have seen some pretty detailed instructions on this before but now that I need it, I cannot find it.

Thanks! PCM is now in & I just have to wait until I get off to go try it out! Sucks having to wait even though the tune has been installed!
