2000DV4.8 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Well, it was up near 50 degrees today, and I figured if that's warm enough to wear sandals, I should probaly wash the truck too. Took a bunch of pictures. The sun kept going behind the clouds, so the lighting wasn't as good as I would have liked, but whatever.
2000DV4.8 Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 More: Just thought this one looked kinda cool...
2000DV4.8 Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 Awesome, now tint them winders. Thanks. I would, but I don't have the money, and I just can't justify the price of the tint. There's things I need a lot more than that.
ws6_guy Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 effin awesome man! Love the way that truck looks. Mud terrains make it look very aggressive. Its too bad I suck at tinting anymore cause I would do it for ya for like $20 all around like I used to for people. I used to be quite good too, but the last time I tried it ( on my Silverado ) I messed up twice, and over cut too much. Central NJ I seen, if you would seriously like me to try it i can order pre cut tint & try it maybe in summer sometime, thats not too far from north central PA
Bigmike875 Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 One Bad-ass Bowtie!! Got any exhaust clips, I bet it sounds good with them bells!
2000DV4.8 Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 Thanks guys. I would take you up of that offer Darren, but I mapquested it, and you're over 4 hours away. I'd spend as much in gas as I would if I went to the tint place by me. I have some exhaust clips on my youtube account, but I can't post any links since I'm at school, and youtube is blocked. The link to my account is www.youtube.com/2000silverado4x4 .
onac255 Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Hey Dan, what kind of tires are you running? I love the looks and I am going to need to replace mine soon since my rear tires are shot to hell (long story).

They're a load range E, so they ride a bit rough, but that doesn't really bother me. They do really well on the road, and even better off road and in snow. There's a little bit of road noise, but nothing the stereo won't cover up. They also throw surprisingly few rocks. I have about 5000 miles on them, and they're just starting to not look brand new anymore. Here's the link: http://mickeythompsontires.com/truck.php?item=BajaMTZRadial

If I do down to Philadelphia this summer could come back ur way for a day and do the job and head out maybe, never know only time will tell
98silvz71 Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 Damn, that makes me miss my 98 and my flowmasters so much. I loved that sound. That is the only thing I regret about gettin rid of that truck. The sound she made crusin with the windows down.
04silverz71 Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 the truck looks nice and sounds nice as well.
