Oem Hood Deflector

ive noticied that i get a cracking noice around the front windshield pillars at speeds around 50-65 mph. Its even worse when the wind is gusting on its own, its very annoying, ive heard someone say that its wind turbulence getting under the windshield moulding, can anyone give a solution plz.

we use the black polyurethane windshield caulk put a bead under it tape em down and let it sit for a few hours

3M double sided tape worked on mine, less messy than the tube of goop.

I just went to a glass shop and got them to put the polyurathne underneath the moulding, only 25 bucks, and you cant even tell it is there.

The roll of weatherstrip double sided tape (3M brand) I got at the local auto store only cost $5 and I still have more than half of it leftover. Took 10 mins and the problem is solved.

It seems to be a phenomenon associated with the aerodynamic effect of a bug shield.
