Anyone know if th chevrolet trailblazer door sill plastic that meets with the carpet which has the chrome strip that says Cherolet on it will fit as a replacement to the one that is in the Silverado? I thought it would look sharp instead of the plain plastic that just matches the interior?

Second does anyone have the chevrolet polished aluminum door sill protectors that go over the painted metal? Just wondering how they have held up or if they are scratched to hell. I want them beause I think the white and chrome would look sharp but almost think that I should order color matched ones for the interior that are regular plastic so thy dont scratch.

I'm thinking about picking up the ABS sill plates for my truck. That area takes a beating so I wouldnt get chrome, but thats me. Also, ABS plates are much cheaper.

If anything I would replace the sill caps with stainless steel ones that will last forever, maybe something with a diamond plate texture, or a flat satin brushed finish with a bow tie, or chevrolet/silverado embedded into it.

Those things do take a beating. I don't know about everyone else, but my passenger side gets some serious neglect. People just drag their feet, and the damn weather stripping gets in real bad shape also. I do like the idea of the stainless with the bow-tie, or Chevrolet on them. That would be awesome looking.
