Alignment Question

Will alignment issues cause a truck to seem to bounce? Feels like the tires are out of balance but they are brand new. My steering wheel is not lined up as it was a few days ago hence the reason of thinking it's an alignment issue. Truck has a noticeable vibration/bouncy feeling that can be felt more in the seat than in the steering wheel. Taking it in for an alignment tomorrow but was curious as to what might be the problem. It's an 04 Sierra Xtra cab 4x4. Has 30,000 miles on it. Used to feel the bounce at around 43 mph the worst but now it is at any speed. Any ideas? Unless I have lost a wheel weight or the balancer was not working the day I bought the tires, I have no idea what is causing the bounce but I do know I am tired of it.
