I am NOT an expert, but this may help. You can't change the DVD. You need a code free dvd player to get around country codes. But here's what you MIGHT be able to do.

 

Most computers can read DVDs regardless of the country code. Ask at a local pooter shop how to extract the DVD contents, and RE-RECORD / BURN it with the correct country code.

 

Of course, a DVD burner is required. A google search may aid as well. Hope this helps.
