Auto "auction reports"

Does anyone have info on auto auction reports. I'm trying to find out the "cash value" of my wifes van. The wholesale/trade-in value in KBB and Edmunds etc... is not the same as actual cash value. This price is determined by what similar vehicles are bringing at auction.

I'm looking for numbers on 2000 Olds Silhoutte Premier Edition with very low miles (9K on mine).

Try here, I know it's a long list, I didn't see any 2000 Sillhouttes, but then again, I didn't look too hard.

General, that is not the cash value, rather how much tax money has to be paid for each sale.

I guess what I'm asking is it possible that the used car market is that soft? Or is this dealer just totally out of line offering me $3000 under wholesale for my trade...

I think it may be a little bit of both.

Used market is very soft since so many dealers are taking in so many trades with this 0% financing deal going on. They have such a glut of used cars now they really don't want any more.

Two weeks ago I worked on a deal for a 2000 Silverado 2500 and was not happy at all with what they were giving me for my Grand Prix. So you aren't the only one. I'm thinking towards the end of the month there will be deals to had, so just keep on looking.

When the dust cleared, the paperwork for the bus was presented to the first bidder, who refused to sign it saying he clearly bailed out from the bidding process. I have not seen Jp on here in a long long time. He is a great kid he was going to school and got busy and said the last time he talked to me he said school had him tied up and he would look in every once in a while. Plus he bought that Dodge so I think he went to the diesel page.
