285/70/17 Rubbing Help -inner Fender-

04 4x4 2500.

 

Is anyone running these 17" rims. And the wide tire.

 

Are you rubbing at all?

 

I do not care mind trimming the front valence i just do not want to rub on the inner fender.

 

Also will these change the pitch of the CV joints much making them wear out.

Tweak the torsion bars a bit, should help.

You can also trim 2 to 3 inches of the rear of the inner splash shield. Done carefully with a razor knife, it wont even be noticed but it does give additional clearance when the wheel is turned.
