Parrot 3200 Ls Color Bluetooth Kit

I've done as much research as I can and pretty much settled on getting the Parrot 3200 unit for the truck, but I want to make sure there is no other bluetooth unit out there that displays the call information through the head unit on the navigation and utilizes all the phone related steering wheel controls, such as volume, answer car, end call, etc . . (I know OnStar att will not work).

 

Is this correct or is there anything else out there?

There are a few solutions out there but not too many that will display through the OEM Navi screen. I believe there is a kit in development from Scoshe, that I read about on another forum but will not be released at the earliest June of this year.

If the Scosche kit works as advertised it's the way to go when it comes out in July. I have the Raytel Tellphone 5000 which also requires the Coastal Etech Lockpick to pass the video to the screen. The Scosche will hook up via the GMLAN bus and will not require an external video input like the lockpick. I will be swapping this kit for the Scosche kit when it's available. Coastal is also working on their own kit.

Scosche looks like it could be pretty nice. I talked to the sales guys and he's thinking it will be priced $300 - $400.

 

I guess I'll be waiting until late summer for this mod.
