Private owner...truck up for sale. Saw this truck sitting with "For-Sale" signs about 3 miles away from my house today...took a quick look at it, and ran a quick GM history on it

 

1999 Silverado 1500 NBS, 4x4 (non-Z71), Extended Cab 3-DOOR

 

Dark Blue exterior with 2-tone silver rockers (factory-paint)

 

Grey Cloth interior

 

4800 4.8 liter V8, Automatic

 

Push-button 4x4

 

Chrome Steel wheels

 

BRAND-NEW tires on it

 

Typical '99-'02 Silverado Ext cab 4x4 truck, but VERY VERY clean, no rust anywhere!!

 

I ran a quick GM history on it...it still has 2 open campaigns, but it spent most of it's life in Arizona and California

How many vehicles do you plan to buy, every time you post on here you are looking at something else. Id just be happy with what you have and wouldnt worry about everything you see for sale.

Sounds like a deal. Non Z71 & 3 door would bug me though, but for $8400 its fair.

The 3 door isnt bad once you get used to it, but some days I want to take a saw zall to it and make it a 4 door lol and if i would ever do something like that id go for a sunroof too, but I have no idea how the heck I would get it to actually work as a 4 door with what little material is there.

I sold my 99 in September for more than that with 111k on the clock. Granted it was a Z71 and had the 5.3, but very clean condition as well.

Already planned out.

 

I will gladly be moving back into a 1999-2007 800-Series pickup before the 08 is gone...
