Instrument Panel Lights (2005 Silverado)

I have a 2005 Silverado and the illumination behind the fuel guage has stopped working. All other illumination is working fine. I assumed these were a standard bulb and I pulled the instrument panel out and pulled the black cover off the rear and found the system board but to my surprise there were no bulbs. How do I replace the bulbs? Heck how do I get to the bulbs to replace them?

Replace the cluster. The light are LED's and are not serviceable.
