My Friends Truck Got T-boned Yesterday!

Well the guy didnt even slow down, look or nothing. It was an indian guy in a rental car. He was able to dive it home but he said that the frame was bent, but from the pictures you cant see it!

But the rental company is going to provide him with a car till his truck can get fixed.

 

As you can tell that dude should have never of been going that fast, My friends truck swung right around into that other car.

 

 

 

 

His truck was one of the best looking truck like that around here for the age. Its a 98...

Man, I'm sorry to hear and see that. Seeing those pictures, though, reminds me of one of the reasons I wanted to get a truck, when I got rid of my car. The damage to those cars and the lack of damage to the truck... Man... I hope no one was hurt!

I think that everyone was ok. I know that my friends was more upset than anything. He and is grandfather put a lot of work into it as far as upgrades go and a lot of memories, he was really loves that truck!

Ha... Those 98's are made Like Tanks.....My cousin Has one...That Truck has 193,000 Miles...Still Going. Not That Bad In Damage, the car Lost This One.. LOL

I had a guy slam into the black of me a few days ago. Also a indian guy in a rental. The cars front end looks like crap... 08 Impala. All it did to my truck was broke the hangers for my mufflers. Thanks god for lift kits

This reminds me of the thread that I posted a couple months back about one of my customers that we do the Landscaping for and he wrecked and blew up his brand new Ferrari that his wife got him for his birthday....

 

I was wanting to buy those rims off of him if they total the truck but I guess that one of the rims might be bent.

So I went and saw his truck tonight in person. Thr frame doesnt look like it was bent really bad but it is bent out of shape...

 

Do you guys think that they will total it? The truck has about 131,000 miles and in great shape. Its hard to know what the insurance company will do with it.

 

At the present time I am thinking that for a 10 year old truck that they will total it. But who knows at the same token I also think there is a 50/50 Chance either way.

 

We will find out tomorrow, the insurance company will come and look at it tomorrow.
