Is it just me or does it look like more than "just" drop shackles were done? Like a whole 2/4 or 3/5 drop..?

 

It looks nice. It's a little lower than I'd go. But, it looks nice.

Must be the 22's...maybe ? Looking at the distance from the ground, it looks about right for just shackles

Looks good. If it were me, I'd paint the black portions of the mirrors and the door handles white and then tint the tail lights like Dan did (DV2000NJ.)

 

I'd also remove the SLE emblem from the C-pillar too.

 

It really does look nice though! :D

 

EDIT: Just saw the gold pinstripe. That HAS to go.

I don't see the black portions of your mirrors painted blue ... or the door handles painted blue, for that matter...? :D

If I had a white truck, I'd do those things. Black and white are just so much different than black and any other color.

 

I have plans to paint my mirrors one day but I'm looking for the right deal on Denali mirrors first. I want puddle lights! If I find a set of Escalade mirrors I might go that route too though and just paint the bases Blue. I'd have the molding gaps filled at the body shop.

 

I have the truck up for sale so I have kind of paused on the mods for a little while. I doubt it'll sell right now and I don't need to sell it so I am not going to give it away but just in case it does sell, I don't want to drop any more coin in it right now.

 

If I do end up keeping it, CST covers are next, F**K GM and their broken down, sorry ass excuses and bullshit lies about these seats. :D

Yeah, just the seat issue. I'm very happy overall but these seats are friggin' absurd. It can't be this hard to use the same patterns on a different material and spit out some new covers. seriously.

EDIT:

I guess I kind of ran two thoughts together there and expected everyone to know what I am talking about.

I am looking to sell the truck to buy a Yuk', Burb' or Hoe' not because I hate my truck. I LOVE my truck. I was referring to the lies and excuses surrounding the seats only.

Those are part of the mod list (including the pin stripe...)

 

LED tail lights and LED front turn signals and LED 3rd brake light are first on my list.

 

Then its on to Window tint, Bass and some AV equipment.
