Thats kinda what i was worried about. My 06 will be gone in a few days and i cant go that long without a truck. Also any idea of price range on them ???

I would assume they would be about the same price as the current VMax, but that is just speculation.

They will be higher the first month, the same the second month & even cheaper as inventories increase to beyound capacity. This is true as long as oil stays up.

You can order one now,But there not starting production until Late Aug./Early Sept. due to them being backed-up from the axle strike.

OR you could buy the 6.2/6-speed combo now as an '07 Denali. With the price increases that are coming on the '09 trucks, I'm not sure how much you'd actually save, getting a price-increased '09 vs. an '08 Denali. You'll probably find better deals, more rebates, etc. on the Denalis...

True, but then he'd be limited to either 2wd or Awd. That would be enough to make me wait for the 09's. That is the reason I went with an SLT Vmax vs the Denali.

Yeah i was just out yesterday looking at the denali, didnt really get to talk on prices or anything. If i could get one in the high to mid 30's i would probally do it.

I seem to remember a post on here from one of the experts saying the 6.2 was only going to be available in the Crew and Ext-cab trucks.
