Avic-d3/ipod Question

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have some movies loaded on my Ipod, but can't get them to play through the head unit. I can here the audio if I don't turn TV out on in the iPod controls. If I turn TV out on it says on the iPod to connect a video cable. I am using the Pioneer cable, not a generic one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There could possibly be two different ipod cables one for video and one that is just audio. I'm not sure with your pioneer, but with my panasonic you had to specify the cable that is video capable.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that is the case with the pioneer. At least I can't find another cable.
