Today we had some nasty storms roll through the area and with it brought some nice hail, not massively huge but big enough to set the alarm on my truck off, I noticed the alarm going off but figured id leave it on just to annoy the neighbors, I noticed after maybe a min or two it stopped and shut off itself, is this suppose to happen or is it suppose to keep going off until I disarm it. I push the panic button just because I wasnt sure and it shut off itself after about a min or two like before. Please let me know if this is normal or not, I was assuming it was normal as it shut off itself when I hit the panic button.

It is normal operation. If it didn't shut off after a reasonable time, the bullet hole repairs would be expensive.

Yeah I think most alarm systems go off on a timer. All I've ever had did anyway. :thumbs:
