Where is it and how hard is it to replace on a '02 5.3L 1500?

 

Underneath the intake manifold unfortunately. I can't tell you how hard of a job it is since I've never pulled an intake (yet) but from other post I've read it doesn't seem to be that big of a job....just a lil time consuming.
