Oil Filter For 01 Tahoe

Just bought 01 Tahoe with 5.3 and book say's use PF59 which is no longer made. Now replacement is PF46 which is short and has no check valve. What do I use to get long filter with check valve?

PF 61 is the recommended filter and has a check valve, its not important with the filter low on the engine to have a check valve only on high mounted styles such as the ZR-1 and the 3.6L DI engine.

Thanks I guess I am getting too concerned over the check valve. I didn't think the PF61 had one, also was told by AC that some dealer had a problem with the 61. I developed a knock on start-up with 2000 Silverado 5.3, was using Fram without check valve and thought that was the problem. Guess I am worrying over nothing !

Don't use Fram filters!
