has anyone checked out the sept 2001 issue of hot rod magazine with the holden ute ss I would buy one if they sold it in the U.S. there is more information on the web site www.holden.com.au

That looks like it would be one cool hot rod truck. Bring it to North America and call it an El Camino SS. Wouldn't be an insult to an old nameplate like some of the other vehicles GM has shown us with old nameplates.(see that new GTO???showcar????)

I think it would be a good move market-wise for GM to bring that model or something very similar to that model into the US.

For those who want to haul stuff  but don't want to lose ride quality, Handling, and $$$ at the Pump.

But I wouldn't want one myself. They're not my "style"
