Just to warn you! I'm :dunno:

So this past weekend was a long weekend for me....

It started off not doing anything Friday night. I think that I was on here most of the evening... My neighbor called me and asked my if I was going to be around this weekend or cause he was bringing a Caterpillar home with a brush hog... We really needed to to some brush hogging to hunt behind our houses..

Saturday I wanted to go hunting really bad but I had like 4 jobs that I needed to do... Well I slept in till 9... I went to pick up some equipment with my bro and I had to stop by another one of my customers to give him a quote... Great that added another job to my list...

So I started the first job around 12:30... We got about half way done and my neighbor called me... Within the first 15 minutes he got that machine stuck(we have had a lot more rain than usual...). So I left the job to help him because I didnt want to be helping him in the dark..

The machine is a 242B With the tracks. The tracks were buried on the right side to the top of the track and the track on the left was on grade. So the fricken machine was bottomed out...

So we dug it out as best as we could... And his little F350 Quad 4X4 wasnt doing anything.. So my brother backed up his titan and we were doing tag team pulling on the Caterpillar.. Well I was trying to do all I could with the thing but instead of the cat pulling out of the hole it brought the hole with it every time we yanked it... Se we did this till about 4:15 till we got it out..

Needless to say I only got one job done and moved 2 jobs till Sunday after church, Please God forgive me.. And the other 2 I am getting to this week.

So I get home Sat night around 6:30 and walk behind our houses and he got about 3/4 of it done. I look around the corner and he has the machine stuck in muck again this time both tracks submerged in mud.

So I pull the black truck down there give it a couple good pulls and the thing starts to come out of the hole. But after diggin in a couple times I got stuck... We decided to leave my truck where it was and use a come along but that didnt work cause that machine plus the muck holding back was no job for the come along...

So he pulls me out and tries jerkin it out and than he got stuck with the F350.. So I pulled him out. He attempted again but yet again got stuck... I pulled him out... So he thought that his come along was better so we looked for that and his Dad had it and they were coming the next day...

So Sunday morning came we went to church got home and my neighbor was just pulling his truck back behind the house... So I get something to eat and get ready to head to my jobs come to find out that he is stuck in the F350 again.. So I go down there with the black truck and pull him out again. I left the truck down there just in case he got stuck again which he did...

I got home from my jobs around 6:30 and he had just gotten the thing out of the hole and finished all the work, well at least we are ready for deer hunting... Now he has to regrade his yard and we still have to mow our field...

Well anyways we will get the machine back in a week or 2 its a rental that they drop off for us anytime we want it and its not being used...

As for the truck it went from being nice and shiny clean to being caked in mud... Oh and my neighbor jacked up my hitch so i got to fix that...

Sorry in advance or now that I think of it actually a belated apology to anyone that read all this...

And Sorry I didnt get any pictures but I will try and get pictures of the holes and torn up yards...

Maybe I'm just really tired, but that was actually coherent. :dunno::lol:

That sounds like a pretty shitty weekend, and it sounds like your neighbor either needs to learn how to drive, or get some better tires for the F350.

Well when he was pulling on it himself only the front wheels were spinning.. Its got 4X4 setting controls on the dash (I think) and locking hubs... Plus its a manual with a semi-bad clutch... And yeah he has 50% tread left on his BFg's. Trust me if the black truck got stuck his truck was going to get stuck...

Where is the other photo that I edited?

Yeah it was just a frantic/in a hurry to do everything weekend.. The thought was going through my head a million times "I should be getting pictures"... If it was a non-stressful weekend there would be a ton of photos...

I dislocated my collar bone and didn't realise it until halfway into a job moving round bales of hay with a tractor without power steering. I got someone to come take my place and drive me back to my truck. My new truck doesn't have keyless entry and I haven't gotten used to it yet and found that I locked my keys in.

I called Pop-a-Lock and it took them 45 minutes to get there, and I was charged $50. So basically I paid 50 dollars to go out there at 7 in the morning to hurt my shoulder even more and sit in the hot sun with a collar bone that has slipped out of place for almost an hour waiting for the Pop-a-Lock guy. :dunno:

The day before yesterday. And to top off that shit sundae is that I used up too much money buying oil for the new truck (12 quarts) and it overcharged my debit card. I think I'm gonna have to a 30 something dollar fee.
