Do I need any "SPECIAL TOOLS" to swap out the torsion bar keys on my 2500 HD 4X4???? Looks easy enough !!

You need the torsion bar removal tool.

Some people have used C-clamps, but that is a horrible idea (they break or bend most of the time, which could be disastrous). And others have used a 3-jaw gear puller, but a lot of the time that will bend the cross member. Some places will rent the torsion bar unloading tool, so call around local places, or check on ebay. They'll pop up really cheap on there from time to time.
