Are you sure your truck is not in theft mode?

It happens when it is theft mode,Injector driver circuit is disabled from ECM.

No more pulse, thats why when you spray in throttle it start.

i checked each injector with a noid light, when i cranked the engine it pulsed

how will i know it's in theft mode?

If injectors are pulsed,it is not in theft mode.there is fuel pressure, but is there enough volume?

I guess there is somewhere problem in fuel delivery,or in MAF sensor.

the truck turns on but shuts off immediately

the fuel pressure is 60 psi, the chilton's book says 55-62 psi is what is it suppose to be at.

Does it stay at 60 the whole time?

Could be a restricted or blocked fuel filter.

i disconnected the fuel line before and after the filter and get gas, i don't know if at that point there is enough fuel but it seems like there is

Does it stay at 60 PSI the whole time?  I know you might see fuel, but if there's no pressure the injectors won't squirt fuel. You might have 40-50 PSI and the engine won't start, I've seen it happen.
