Noisy Seat

Hey guys. Anyone have a fix for a noisy seat? Its driving me crazy. It in my 06, its leather, power, and heated. Its noticable at low speeds, and is eminating from what seems near the seat belt area at the top. Its not a squeek, more like a thunk...thunk...At first I thought it was the extended cab door, and i adjusted the latches, but thats not it. I drove with my back off the backrest portion of the seat, and the noise stopped. Its really annoying. I know these seats are pretty cheap anyways, its already been repaired twice (arm rest fell off, lumbar broke). I peaked in under the seat and was surprised to find a cardboard liner that runs up the entire backrest. Quality.

 

Any tips? If I disconnect the backrest cusion at the base, will the entire thing slide up and off the seat frame? How would the seatbelt come off?
