Armour All

I heard that armor all is actually worse than using nothing at all.  I heard that it actually makes the plastic more brittle and could cause it to crack.  Has anyone heard this or is this just a rumor?

I've heard the same thing Smokey. It dries out the plastic and it cracks. Although the cracking may take 5 years to show up.  I just use a small California Duster for my dash, no scratches on anything yet.

303 protectant is the way to go.

its great stuff has UV protectant so no fading or cracking will happen.
