It's not??? Would you rather have gas prices like they were in July right now with our recession in full swing??? I live in the oil patch too, and even tho revenues into OK's state coffers aren't as great as they used to be, the economy here is in better shape than most. Don't worry, oil prices will go back up, it's just a matter of time.

I have to disagree with you on it not being good for the economy. The lower the fuel prices go there is more money in your pocket to purchase other things. Like all the shit that is made in China. Anyhow, it is still at a $1.69 for 87 around here.

Thats gonna make it a lot cheaper in a few days when I drive to Florida and back.

Not like it was in the summer when I went to Washington State and Oregon.

 

THAT was an expensive trip. Lots of days, I was putting over $100.00 a day in the fuel tank.
